Delete account

The fastest path is to ask your company administrator to deactivate your user. If you cannot reach them, send a request with the form below. We will verify the request and process it within 72 hours where we are able to do so.

What is deleted?

Removed from your user account, typically within 30 days after confirmation:

• Account details (name, email, phone, login credentials, push token)
• Access to XBuddy Office, XBuddy Work and/or the web platform
• Personal app settings on your devices

Kept as required by law or by your company: business records (orders, invoices, attendance, payroll and similar) belong to your organisation. They are not erased just because your user account is deleted, and may be retained for accounting, tax or labour obligations, then deleted according to that policy.

Please note

XBuddy accounts are issued by the company, not self-registered like a consumer app. Deleting your user does not delete the company workspace or other employees. If you are the only administrator, contact hello@xbuddy.co so we can confirm with the organisation before closing access.
